- 3 Large onions, thinly sliced
- 8 cups of beef broth
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup butter
- salt to taste (bout 1/2 tsp)
- French bread
- Parmesan Cheese (Mozzarella is also good)
- In a 6 quart crock pot, combine onions, broth, butter, Worcestershire, and salt.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
- Serve topped with cheese and with bread. ENJOY!
